Our Story

From Sığacık to Software

sitNorder started in Seferihisar, İzmir — a small coastal town where dozens of family-run cafés serve mornings full of locals and summers full of tourists. The operators knew their food inside and out. What they didn't know was why the existing restaurant software was so expensive, so complicated, and so clearly designed for chains, not for them.

We spent months talking to those café operators — listening to their workflows, their headaches, and what they actually needed. The answer was almost always the same: "Just give us something simple, with a clear price, no setup fee, hassle-free, and that works on the customer's phone."
